No. WonderCRM was built for a duckling business, so the vocabulary (offers, deliveries, recurring buyers) maps well to anything sold in small batches: nursery plants, cheese, custom furniture, photography sessions, agency retainers. If you sell things to people, it'll fit.
EU only. Postgres in Frankfurt, daily encrypted backups, GDPR-compliant. You own your data and can export it as CSV any time — including invoices as a zipped folder of PDFs.
Yes. Invite as many employees as you need at the same per-user rate. Three roles (admin, manager, employee) keep things tidy. Employees see their own deals; managers see everything.
The Gmail connection is one OAuth click. Stripe takes about ten minutes if it's your first time (you'll need a Stripe account and API keys). We have a written walkthrough; if you get stuck, email us.
