Privacy policy
This site is operated by Brīnumbode, SIA (trading as WonderTools), a company registered in Latvia under registration number 40203261853. This policy explains what we collect when you visit wondertools.app or contact us, and what we do with it.
What we collect
- What you send us. If you email us, we receive your address and whatever you chose to write. There is no signup or contact form on this site itself — each tool handles its own accounts under its own policy.
- Server logs. Our hosting provider records standard request data — IP address, timestamp, page requested, browser user agent — for security and reliability.
- No advertising or tracking cookies. This site sets no cookies of its own and runs no third-party advertising or profiling scripts.
Why we use it, and for how long
We use what you send us for exactly one purpose: to reply to you and, if it becomes a project, to run that project. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries, and the performance of a contract once there is one. Enquiries that do not become projects are deleted within 24 months. Server logs are kept for up to 30 days.
Who else sees it
We do not sell or rent personal data, ever. We share it only with the service providers that make this site and our email work — hosting, form delivery and email — each acting on our instructions under a data processing agreement, and each hosting data in the European Union or under an equivalent safeguard.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you can ask us for a copy of the data we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to our using it. Write to hello@wondertools.app and we will answer within 30 days. If you are not satisfied, you may complain to the Latvian Data State Inspectorate (Datu valsts inspekcija).
Our apps
WonderSync and WonderSnap are separate products with their own privacy policies, published on their own sites and inside each app. Both are hosted in the European Union, and marketplace credentials are encrypted at rest with AES-256-GCM. This policy covers only this website and email sent to us directly.
Changes
If this policy changes, the date at the top changes with it. Material changes affecting people who have already contacted us will be sent by email.
