These terms cover the use of this website. Each WonderTools product has its own terms of service, presented inside that product, which take precedence for that product.

Everything on this site is provided for information. Prices shown for our products are current at the time of publishing but are set on each product's own site, where the binding terms of that product live. We may change the content of this site at any time.
Product accounts
Creating an account in WonderSync, WonderSnap or any other WonderTools product is governed by that product's own terms of service, presented at signup. This page does not create a contract for any product.
Intellectual property
The WonderTools, WonderSync and WonderSnap names, the site's design, text and code belong to us. Your own data inside any of our products remains yours, and each product's terms say so explicitly.
Liability
We do not limit liability for death, personal injury, fraud, or anything else that cannot lawfully be limited. Beyond that, our liability arising from this website is limited to the greatest extent permitted by Latvian law. Project liability is defined in the project agreement.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Latvia, and the courts of Latvia have jurisdiction.
